Exchange guidance

If you need to exchange your ticket, please send a request to support@simplio.com. If you need to change the details of your ticketed flight such as date or time, your ticket will be canceled and further reissued. In most cases airlines will charge you extra fee for exchanging a ticket. Fees for tickets exchange vary by airline and fare type.

Not all flight tickets may be exchanged. Your airline's rules and fees associated with your ticket may be reviewed online when making your initial order on Simplio or provided by our customer service on your request.

Cancellation guidance

If you need to cancell your ticket, please send a request to support@simplio.com. Most discounted airline tickets cannot be refunded or transferred. While these discounted tickets are easy to afford, there are many additional restrictions which may apply. Major name changes are not allowed. In some cases, you may be able to change the date of your flight or fix a minor name mistake. However, the airline can require paying certain penalty fees.

Please note that you accept fare rules and Simplio's Terms and Conditions at the time of placing your order before clicking 'Book & Pay'.

If your round trip ticket consists of two flights and you need to cancel your trip, check the rules for each of these flight segments. Some fares are non-refundable. Please, review your flight fare rules to find out refund restrictions and ticket exchange fees.

If you cancel a non-refundable flight ticket, the airline may issue you a credit for a future booking instead of a refund.

If a refund is allowed by your airline, our Customer Service will send you an email notifying you about any penalties and fees associated with cancellations and indicating the total amount available for refund. In cases when a refund is not available, you will receive a respective email shortly after your request.

All airline tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions you agreed to at the time of booking.

The processing request takes up to 24 hours. If your flight is scheduled to depart within 72 hours, please contact our customer service asap.


For cancellation of flights Simplio charges a service fee per each ticket. The airlines may also have cancellation fees which vary depending on ticket type.
